Deuteronomy 1:1 - 3:11

1:6 You have stayed long enough at this mountain. 

The group is on the move again - this time to take what God is giving them.  Haven't we stayed long enough at mountains sometimes? Then we need to move. To do something.  We just have to make sure it is what God is telling us to do.  

1:29-30 Do not be terrified; do not be afraid of them. The LORD your God, who is going before you, will fight for you...

Moses is recapping the journey, but this is something we would do well to remember.  Repeated they were told ... you are going to point X ... do not fight them. do not provoke them. you will not get their land.  do you think the israelites were becoming impatient???
