Matthew 6:32

Did your mom have eyes in the back of her head? How'd she always know?!!!

As kids we often chafed under that watchful eye. When we have kids of our own, we understand why good parents are watchful. They're not there to keep us from having fun; they're there to protect us until we grow up.

I don't know about you, but I'm not all grown up yet ... spiritually. I don't think any human will ever be fully mature spiritually on earth. Therefore, God watches ... and cares ... and disciplines ... and protects ... and challenges ... and comforts ... and ... well ... thank you, God.

 The next verse is "but seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be given to you."  He does know. And he will give it to us.  As a mom, I do have eyes in the back of my head. And I even sometimes have esp. :)  Just reading pastor's words of what God is doing for us ... because he loves us ... because he knows ... he knows...  he knows...
